State Rep. Mark Spreitzer (D-Beloit) has accused the Racine County Sheriff’s Office of conducting a “political stunt” after an investigation into alleged nursing home election fraud. “The Wisconsin Election Commission directed municipalities throughout Wisconsin, all 72 counties, to not follow the law,” Racine County Sheriff’s Office Lt.
